We take training seriously!

NAPPI is an invaluable course that teaches techniques to safeguard both residents and staff in the face of sometimes difficult behaviours and confusion displayed by some residents who sadly have developed forms of dementia.

Bayswood Care now employs FOUR training staff - demonstrating how seriously we take the subject of comprehensive in-house training!
